Members are hereby informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Oasis Cooperative Housing Society for the year 2024–25 will be held as follows:

Agenda:

  • Reading and confirmation of minutes of the previous AGM
  • Presentation of Audited Accounts for FY 2023–24
  • Approval of Budget for FY 2025–26
  • Review of Maintenance Charges
  • Election of Managing Committee (if due)
  • Any other matter with the permission of the Chair

Members unable to attend may send a written proxy to the Secretary at least 48 hours prior. Quorum requires 1/5th of total members (minimum 14 of 84 members).

This is to inform all residents that water supply to all wings (A, B & C) will be suspended on the following date and time due to scheduled maintenance:

Work being carried out:

  • Overhead water tank cleaning and disinfection (all 3 wings)
  • Borewell pump annual servicing
  • Inlet pipe valve replacement

All members are advised to store adequate water prior to the interruption. In case of emergency, please contact the society office or security desk.

All members are reminded that Maintenance Charges for Q4 FY 2024–25 (January–March 2025) are due and payable by 31 March 2025.

Payment may be made by:

  • Online transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to Society Bank Account
  • Cheque in favour of "Oasis Cooperative Housing Society"
  • Cash at Society Office (Mon–Sat, 10 AM – 1 PM)

Late Payment: Members who do not pay by the due date will attract a late fee of β‚Ή50 per month as per society bye-laws.

Members with arrears are requested to clear all outstanding dues before the AGM on 30 March 2025.

Revised Parking Rules & Visitor Parking Policy
The Managing Committee has revised the parking rules for Oasis CHS with effect from 1 March 2025. All residents are requested to note the updated guidelines regarding allotted slots, visitor parking timings, and restrictions on double-parking...

The Managing Committee has revised the parking rules for Oasis CHS effective 1 March 2025. All members and residents are requested to comply.

Key Updates:

  • Each flat is entitled to use only its designated parking slot. Parking in others' allotted slots is strictly prohibited.
  • Visitor parking is available in the designated visitor slots (VP-1 to VP-8) only. Visitors may park between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
  • No overnight visitor parking without prior intimation to the security desk.
  • Two-wheelers to be parked only in designated 2-wheeler bays.
  • Vehicles found in violation will be clamped and a fine of β‚Ή200 per instance will apply.

Repeat violations will be reported to the MC for further action as per bye-laws.

Revised Common Area Cleaning Schedule β€” March 2025
The Managing Committee has revised the common area cleaning and housekeeping schedule for March 2025. Lobby, staircase, and lift areas will now be cleaned twice daily. Members are requested to cooperate with the housekeeping staff...

The following revised cleaning schedule will be in effect for March 2025:

  • Lobby & Main Entrance: 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM (twice daily)
  • Staircase (all wings): 7:30 AM (daily)
  • Lift cabin & button panels: 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Parking area sweeping: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8:00 AM)
  • Garden & common garden areas: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
  • Terrace: Every Saturday, 8:00 AM

Members are requested not to leave garbage in common areas or staircase landings. Please use the designated waste bins on each floor.

Intimation β€” Society Bye-law Amendment No. 3/2025
Members are informed that the Managing Committee has proposed Amendment No. 3 to the Society Bye-laws relating to pet policies, noise hours, and terrace usage. The amendment will be placed before members at the AGM for ratification...

The Managing Committee proposes the following amendments to the Society Bye-laws, to be placed before members for ratification at the AGM on 30 March 2025:

  • Bye-law 18(a) β€” Pets: Pet owners must register their pets with the society office. Pets to be walked only in designated garden areas. Lift usage for pets only with a carrier or leash.
  • Bye-law 22(c) β€” Noise Hours: Quiet hours extended to 10:30 PM (from existing 11:00 PM) on weekdays. Weekend quiet hours: 11:00 PM.
  • Bye-law 31 β€” Terrace Usage: Terrace access only with prior permission from the MC. No personal articles to be stored on the terrace. Cooking/barbeque not permitted.

Members may submit written objections or suggestions to the Secretary before 25 March 2025.
