The increase is essential for long-term maintenance. The terrace waterproofing alone has been deferred twice and is now critical.

ThyssenKrupp has submitted a quote of βΉ72,400 for replacement of the Wing B lift control board (Error E-14). As per bye-laws, expenses above βΉ50,000 require MC approval. MC members to vote for approval.
